Why doubt feel so convincing

State anchors: choose a tiny physical cue (touch your ring, sip tea) and pair it with your chosen identity.
Evidence log: each evening, record one micro-proof of alignment: a kind message, a song lyric, your calmer heart rate. Small wins compound.
72-hour no-check window: if checking spirals you, commit to three days of zero outcome checking. Protect the state, and the results speed up.
If you wobble
You did not “ruin” anything. Go back to the protocol. Return to the identity. Desire is patient. Your consistency is what changes timelines.
